UPSC Civil Services exam, known to be most thriving exam in India, To crack UPSC one needs to have Patience,Hard Work, Perseverance through long period of time until the success came.

Ansar Shaikh is the Youngest IAS Officer Of India,who cleared UPSC in 2016 when he was just 21 years old. He is from Shelgaon Village in Marathwada region of Jalna District of Maharashtra. His Father’s name is Mr. Yonus Shaikh, an Autorickshaw Driver. The Mother of this excellent IAS officer is a Field Worker. He has a younger brother named Anees, a school dropout in 7th standard. He use to support Ansar in his studies and helps his family by working in a garage.

Ansar belongs to a family where earning one time for feeding was a tough task, and it was also possible through hard work by whole family.

Coming from such background, where the money for feeding was not enough, then how in that family Education was not be a luxury?

BUT,

Though, in these conditions, there was a boy – a hard worker, focused, patient and each day he was paying attention , Actually he was pushing the luck aside ,and pulling more hard work to his opinion ie. UPSC.

He was trying to reach to reach at that goal each and every single day, He was making his whole effort.

When every one was busy in their own selves, he was preparing himself for a WAR, a war by lacs and thousands of aspirants to get selected for his aim of life.

AND THEN,

The Conclusion was out in the form of Results.

In UPSC 2016 examination, He cracked it by his first attempt,at the only age of 21 years at the rank of AIR 361 in thousands of aspirants.

And Then, He be called ‘The Youngest IAS Officer of the whole Country’.

In an Interview, his mother said that “He uses to study through whole nights during his preparation”, and when she says him to sleep, he uses to refuse her mother by saying that he wants to study until his aim not Achieved.
